Adrian worked in the Acquafredda Lab as a seasonal technician in 2025. He graduated from Colby College (Waterville, ME) in 2024 with a B.S. degree in Biology, and a minor in Data Science. Prior to joining the Acquafredda Lab, he worked as a farmhand and skiff operator at Aphrodite Oysters (South Thomaston, ME). His work as an intern included assisting with bivalve husbandry and assisting with studies that examined the growth and survival of four different genetic crosses of the Atlantic surfclam (Spisula solidissima). Adrian is going on to pursue a Marine Science Master’s degree at the University of New England (Biddeford, ME), advised by Dr. Carrie Byron.
